White Ruffled Minis for a Tradeshow

We created 13 dozen white ruffled mini cupcakes for Madelinetosh's booth at the TNNA (the National Needlearts Association) convention that was in town this past weekend at the Phoenix Convention Center. Simple white icing with a white pearl center with gold cupcake liners.
