We created these deserts for a Christmas in July party styled by
Sugar Plum Designs. The 6 inch cakes and mini cupcakes were iced purple and then airbrushed with purple and gold to create the color to coordinate with the ornaments used in the decor. The cake is decorated with a scroll pattern accented with gold dragees and topped with a gold bow. The mini cupcakes were decorated with more gold dragees. We dipped oreos in dark chocolate, sprinkled with mini gold dragees and dusted with a gold pearl dust for the perfect sheen.
