Fun and Colorful Flower Cake for a 3rd Birthday { Girl's Birthday Cake }

This fun and colorful cake was inspired by the partyware that our customer had picked out for her party - it was covered in fun whimiscal flowers. Our customer also ordered a bunch of our polka dot balloons - every party needs polka dot balloons!
