Sweets Buffet for our Stella and Dot Trunk Show

Chocolates and shopping - what more could you ask for? We recently hosted a Stella and Dot show at the cake studio and put together a small dessert buffet. Double chocolate mini cupcakes, chocolate marshmallow pops and our brownies. Have you ever tasted one of our brownies? they are super rich and moist with chunks of chocolate, hint of coffeee and walnuts. To make them extra special we cut them into hearts. This fall we will have sweets availalbe for sale on Fridays so that you can some extra special treats for the weekend - this will include brownies, a few flavors of cupcakes and some cookies. Stay tuned for more exciting details.

Pink Poodle Cake and Cupcakes for a 3rd Birthday Celebration

This cake was ordered by Shannon Fisher, the photographer behind Shannon Fisher Photography for her youngest daughter's 3rd birthday party. We designed the cake and cupcakes to coordinate with the Pink Poodle partyware line - love the black and multiple shades of pink. We topped each cupcake with a puppy pawprint.

If you're a Facebook Fan of Shannon Fisher Photography you may have seen the collage from the party with her adorable daughter. We delivered this cake to Pump It Up in North Phoenix. We've also created several cakes for her older daughter's birthday including the princess castle cake and purple and pink zebra rockstar cake.

Pink and Blue Cake for a Gender Reveal Party - girl or boy???

This was an exciting cake to create - a pink and blue themed cake for a gender reveal party. The couple hosted a party for friends and family as a way to reveal the sex of the baby that will be joining this family later in the year. We tinted the cake batter so that when the cake was cut, everyone would learn if it would be a boy or girl. The couple decorated their home in all pink and blue decorations - my favorite part was the table of sweets with half a blue tablecloth and half pink tablecloth. The cake is iced white with pink and blue polka dots and topped with a 3D chocolate cradle draped with a baby quilt.

So what color was the cake?

Its PINK - a baby girl will be joining this family later in the year.

We also made chocolate dipped pretzels for party favors with pink and blue sprinkles
