make your own castle party
A friend of mine's daughter recently turned 4 and she celebrated her birthday with a castle-themed celebration. The kids got to make their own castles out of cardboard boxes - what a great theme! I made this cake for the party along with the chocolate suckers for the birthday girl and her sister. The cake is a 10 inch square, double chocolate sourcream with rasberry mousse, topped with a 6 inch round, white sour cream with rasberry filling, iced in buttercream.
