Pink and Black Going Away Cake for a Friend Moving to Texes

This cake was ordered for a going away party for Brittany who is moving to Texas - we wanted to tie in the theme of moving to Texas but make the cake fun and girly! Pink white and black polka dots and a few daisies were the perfect touch.

I love bright colors and the combination of pink and orange is so fun! This cake was created for a family celebration for Kaitlin's 18th birthday.

Ironman Triathalon Congratulations Cake

Doing a little catch up with posting (this one is from 2009) but I have a some great cakes that I want to post. This was ordered by one of our best customers for her husband who completed the Ironman Triathalon (Couer d' Alene, Idaho) for a celebratory party once they all returned home from the race. We used the Ironman logo on top and stripes in red and blue for the colors for the competition. He has since also completed the Arizona Ironman competition!

1st Birthday Luau Themed Birthday Cake

We created this cake and smash cake for Makenna's first birthday. The party was a luau themed celebration with lots of flamingo decorations. The cake was done in bright colors including pink, orange, blue and green decorated with polka dots and topped with a pair of flip flops. We added a few hibiscous flowers for a Hawaiian touch. We also made Makenna's baby shower cake and we're looking forward to created her second birthday cake.

Boy's Bedroom Scene Cake for a 2nd Birthday Toy Story Themed Celebration

This cake was done for a little girl who loves the movie Toy Story. We also created her baby shower cake (the extremely popular 2 tier pink and brown baby shower cake) so we were very excited to create her second birthday cake. This was a large cake with a half sheet cake for the floor covered in fondant decorated to look like a wood floor. The bed is also made of cake. We added some little extra like some ABC blocks, ball and a small rug.

5th Birthday Guitar Cake for a Rock Star Birthday Party

We created this 3D guitar cake for Brooke's 5th birthday celebration held at Sweet and Sassy in the Norterra Shopping Center (Phoenix, AZ). We have created Brooke's cakes since she was 3 so its excited to see how she's growing up and interests changing. One her favorite things is her Hannah Montanna purple guitar so we modeled this guitar with a similar look but personalizing for the birthday girl. The sculpted cake is iced with buttercream and airbrushed purple and decorated with fondant accents.

80s themed 40th Birthday Cupcakes

This was a fun order - 80s themed 40 birthday celebration. Pac Man, Rubix cube, cassette tapes, boom box and pink and black for a punk rock theme! Each cupcake was baked in a black cupcake liner and topped with hot pink icing. The cucpakes were half chocolate sourcream and half white sourcream cake. Toppers are made from fondant. The party guests were dressing up eighties style - how would you dress for an eighties party?
