Pirate Skull Cupcake Cake for a 5th Birthday

This pirate skull cupcake cake was created for a boy's 5th birthday celebration held at Rio Vista Community Park in Peoria. This cupcake cake was inspired by the 2 tier 8th birthday pirate cake but they wanted something that could easily be served at a play ground.
