Happy 4th of July!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July with lots of time in the sun, bbqs, sweets, and fireworks! We spent a lot of time in the pool and finished the evening by watching the Peoria fireworks.

I made this Blueberry Sourcream Crumb Cake for my family to enjoy. We love blueberries! Simply Sweets plans on offering an expanded menu of sweets including crumb cakes available on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays later this year.
