National Ice Cream Day
Happy National Ice Cream Day - Have you had some ice cream today?
National Ice Cream Day is the 3rd Sunday of July. July is also considered National Ice Cream Month.
As a huge fan of ice cream (and it must be chocolate or chocolate mint) I love ice cream themed parties. Also, these ice cream cone cupcakes are a huge hit with kids and easy to serve - the cupcake is baked right in the cone and then iced to look like an ice cream swirl. Rainbow sprinkles on top.
