beach and surf themed birthday cake
This cake was created for a surf themd 7th birthday celebration. The cake colors were designed to coordinate with the blue, orange and yellow partyware. This cake is a half sheet cake with a sandy beach (a mixture of graham cracker crumbs and crystal sugar) and a huge wave with a surfer figurine. A little hard to see in this photo, but there is also a shark fin behind the surfer. The beach towel and flip flops on the beach are made from fondant. This cake was delivered to a residence in Paradise Valley.
