business celebration

This is a cake that I did a few weeks ago but haven't yet posted. It was ordered for a business celebration. The cake is a full sheet cake (16 x 24) and was half double chocolate sourcream and half white almond sourcream with white chocolate mousse filling, iced in American buttercream and decorated with fondant. This cake was delivered to Dave and Busters for their business event.
