16th birthday basketball cake

This cake was made for a boy's 16th birthday celebration - he's a huge basketball fan and is a member of the Cave Creek Cactus Shadow's team. The school colors are blue and gray. This cake is a 10 inch square chocolate sour cream, chocolate mousse filling and iced with American buttercream. The basketball is covered with fondant. The school mascot is an edible image.

Here's a closeup of the basketball - I texturized it using a papertowel that had the similar pattern as a basketball!
