Xavier Prep High School Graduation Cake

 

 This cake was created for a Xavier College Preparatory graduate. The schools colors are blue and white and their mascot is an alligator. The graduation hat on top is made from white chocolate - yum!

I just wanted to let you know how much your cake was enjoyed by my daughter (most importantly) and our guests at her graduation party. The decorations were wonderful and absolutely perfect and not only was the cake beautiful to look at, it tasted divine. Thank you so much for helping to make my daughter's big day perfect!
