End of Season Baseball Party - Baseball Dessert Buffet and Hot Dog Bar
We recently hosted my son's end of the season baseball party for his NYS Coach Pitch team. We created a hot dog bar and a baseball themed dessert buffet.
The baseball dessert buffet included:
- Baseball Push-up Pops
- Baseball mini cupcakes
- chocolate dipped marshmallows
- chocolate dipped rice krispie treats
- cotton candy (blue)
- popcorn
- Bazooka gum
- Baseball bat chocolate pretzels
- Baseball Chocolate suckers
- Baseball foil chocolates
- Caramel cupcakes (covered in red foil)
- Blue Old Fashioned Candy Sticks
- Tootsie Pops (blue)
Everything was done in red and blue and I created a fun baseball banner for the dessert table.
For the hot dog bar, drinks (water and lemonade) and beer cooler I created signs using a baseball font (Brannbol Smal) . I also had a great baseball ribbon used to decorate some of the serving pieces.
Our hot dog bar included:
- ketchup
- yellow mustard
- spicey mustard
- relish
- dill pickles
- hot dog chili
- peppers
- sauerkraut
- onion
- cheddar cheese
We did potluck for the sides and appetizers and had tons a yummy food! Everyone had a great time swimming, eating and the kid's favorite part - the trophy presentation.
