We recently taught our New Trends in Cupcake class here at the cake studio. We loved everyone's excitement about the topic and heard from many of you who couldn't make that date so we will put it on the calendar again later this year. We focuses on 3 new trends - party printables, jar cupcakes and cupcake push-up pops.

Our party printables were provided by 2 local designers - Amy Miller Designs and Sarah O Chic. When planning a party, please remember to support your local businesses! We used the printables to create cupcake toppers and stickers to add to the cupcake jars and pushup pops.

The pushup pop containers are available for sale at Simply Sweets and we also take orders for Pushup Pop Cupcakes and Mason Jar Cupcakes. We expect to see a lot more of these trends in 2012.
