1st Birthday Pirate Skull and Cross Bones {Children's Birthday Cake}

We created this black and red cake topped with a colorful pirate skull and cross bones for a first birthday celebration. The design was done to coordinate with the pirate partyware. We also made a 1 shaped smash cake for the birthday boy.
