Gingerbread Village at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge

I heard the pastry chef at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge created the largest gingerbread display in the Phoenix area so we decided to go check it out. It was a huge creative display with a large castle in the center, replica of many famous buildings surrounding it and a few trains moving around the display (my son's favorite part!). The gingerbread village is on display through January 3rd so there's still time to check it out. My favorite was the Taj Mahal - it was mostly constructed with white chocolate. Have you spotted any other local gingerbread displays?
