Blue and Brown Sassy Circles Cupcake for Child's Birthday Party

These cupcakes were ordered by a mom who won one of our gift certificates at the Stetson Hills PTSA Quarter Auction and she used it to order cupcakes for her daughter's birthday. Cupcakes are done in blue and brown with half iced with American buttercream and half with chocolate buttercream.
