Happy Labor Day

This cake was ordered for a "meet the neighbors" Labor Day pool party. The star shaped cake is a 2 layer cake (chocolate sour cream), torted with 3 layers of filling (chocolate mousse), and iced in buttercream. This cake would also work well for a Memorial Day or 4th of July celebration and would go great with these favors.
