Graduate School graduation cake

This cake was ordered by Brian's girlfriend for his graduation from Thunderbird School of Global Management. The schools colors are blue and yellow. The Beta Gamma Sigma key is made from fondant and painted with gold dust. The graduation hat is made from white chocolate. This cake had a special request for only 1 layer of filling instead of our standard 3 layers - most of our customer love that we torte and fill with 3 layers of filling but for those who prefer less filling we can do 1 layer.
