How to Order

How to place an order?

1. Look through our blog and website to get some ideas of the style of cakes and chocolates that we create. If you see a few that catch your eye, take note.




2. Contact Simply Sweets by phone or email. Check with us to confirm the date is available (some dates book up several weeks in advance). Schedule a design appointment if you would like to come in to place your order.
   
   


3. To custom design a cake, we need to know the following: a) number of servings b) type of event c) theme - partyware, invitations, decorations, nursery room decor, birthday person's hobbies, interests and favorite colors. With this information we can suggest a few ideas for you.



4. Finalize order details. The following information is needed to finalize an order: name, address, phone number, email address, delivery or pickup, date, time (2 hour time slot), flavors, message
   


5. We will write a contract and email it to you. Please review, print, sign and return to us with a 30% deposit (check, cash, credit card, paypal).
   


6. Your order is ready and final payment is due when product is picked up or delivered.
   

Pricing

Custom cakes start at $75 and price is based on size and design. Most of our cakes range $75-$275.

Cupcakes start $3.00 each with a minimum order of 12. Most range $3.00-$4.50/each.

Cupcake towers - 6 inch topper cakes start at $35 and most range $40-$60. Cupcakes start at $3.00 each. 3 tier stand rental $25, 4 tier stand rental $30, 5 tier stand rental $50. We also have options to expand our 5 tier stands up to 9 tiers. Rental deposits are also required.

Chocolate favors - most favors are $1.50-$4.00 each which includes the bag, basic ribbon and custom tag. Price is less for unpackaged chocolates.
