How to Order

How to place an order?

1. Look through our blog and website to get some ideas of the style of cakes and chocolates that we create. If you see a few that catch your eye, take note.
2. Contact Simply Sweets by phone or email. Check with us to confirm the date is available.
3. To custom design a cake, we need to know the following: a) number of servings b) type of event c) theme - partyware, invitations, decorations, nursury room decor, birthday person's hobbies, interests and favorite colors. With this information we can suggest a few ideas for you.
4. Finalize order details. The following information is needed to finalize an order: name, address, phone number, email address, delivery or pickup, date, time (2 hour time slot), flavors, message
5. We will write a contract and email it to you. Please review, print, sign and return to us with a 30% deposit (check, cash or credit card using PayPal).
6. Your order is ready and final payment (check or cash) is due when product is delivered.

Pricing

Price is based on size and design. Custom cakes start at $75 and cupcakes are $2.50 each with a minimum order of 18.

Semi -custom cakes. We offer some semi-custom cakes with set pricing. Teapot cake, $45. Sand Castle Cake, $55. And some seasonal semi-custom cakes - see specials below. Our list of semi-custom cakes will be expanding soon, so please check back.

Chocolate favors - most favors are $1.50-$3.00 each which includes the bag, basic ribbon and custom tag. Price is less for unpackaged chocolates.

Specials - we offer holiday and seasonal specials of semi-custom cakes, cupcakes and chocolates. Cupcake specials are sold per dozen. To hear about our specials subscribe to our mailing list and check our blog.
