Fall leaves sugar cookies
Turkey minis
These turkey mini cupcakes were ordered by one of our best cupcakes. 24 mini cupcakes were iced yellow and orange and topped with a fondant turkey. We delivered these to Scottsdale last Friday for an early Thanksgiving celebration.
This customer also received a bag of 12 chocolate dipped pretzels FREE taking advantage of a coupon in our Fall specials newsletter. If you're not a subscriber you should sign up now and you may win a $40 Simply Sweets gift certificate!
Cupcakes for a house warming celebration
Our customer ordered these cupcakes to take to a house warming party for a man who recently purchased his new home. We created 2 dozen of these cupcakes, 1/2 white sourcream and 1/2 chocolate sourcream, topped with a fondant house cutout and "congratulations" banners.
75th birthday celebration for a Red Hat Society Member
This cake was ordered for a large 75th birthday celebration for a woman who is a member of the Red Hat Society. She also loves red roses so we combined the roses, the red and purple colors for Red Hat Society members and of course a red hat. The base cake is a 14 inch round cake and the hat is a small ball shaped cake. Cake board was topped with lots of red ribbon roses and purple pearls.
Black and pink martini themed cupcakes for a bachelorette party
These cupcakes were ordered for a bachelorette party - they wanted cupcakes that were easy to serve because the were renting a limo for the evening. We created 2 dozen martini glass and olive cupcakes, 1/2 were white sourcream with raspberry filling and 1/2 were double chocolate sourcream with strawberry mousse filling.
Stetson Hills Quarter Auction
This is the second year that Simply Sweets has participated in the Stetson Hills PTSA quarter auction. This year we donated 3 items:
- Box of 4 zebra print cupcakes and a gift certificate for 2 dozen Simply Sweets custom cakes
- Sassy girl box of chocolate treats - chocolate dipped pretzels with red lip quinns, chocolate dipped rice krispie treats with red quinns, chocolate dipped fortune cookies, chocolate dipped oreos with red daisies, and chocolate shoes in a fun girly box.

Holiday Boutiques
Simply Sweets has been participating in several holiday boutiques. Our second holiday boutique was hosted in the Anthem, Arizona home of Gina, one of the twin sisters behind Two Sisters Jewelry Boutique. We provided samples of our holiday glace sugar cookies, snowflake mini cupcakes, Fall daisies chocolate dipped oreos and gave out some Simply Sweets coupons for December. Also, one lucky winner won a cupcake gift certificate in the raffle.

The first of the season was "A Walk in the Park" at Christ's Church of the Valley - this was a girl's night out put on by the CCV Women's Ministry which included shopping (sorry, we forgot to take photos). We sampled our Halloween bark which was a huge hit (the event was held in October).
Our 3rd holiday boutique of the season was a Jewish based holiday boutique and we had samples of our Hanukkah themed treats - blue and white glace sugar cookies, chocolate dipped rice krispie treats with Star of David quinns and chocolate dipped pretzels with Star of David quinns. Other vendors included, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Pampered Chef, Silpada and Avon.
We also participated in Mommy Networkings' Display Your Business Night at the Peoria/Glendale chapter hosted at Busy Bodies and Scottsdale chapter hosted at Dennys. We donated some boxed snowflake cupcakes for the raffles.

blue and yellow 2 tier baby shower cake

We created a 2 tier cake, coordinating cupcakes, and chocolate favors for a blue and yellow themed baby shower celebration. The cake is a 2 tier 6 inch and 10 inch cake topped with our very popular hand molded sugar baby shoes. The favors were white chocolate (tinted yellow and blue) pacifiers. We delivered these creations to a home in Chandler.

These jungle animal chocolate dipped oreo favors were created for a Bindi the Jungle girl themed celebration. They also had an endangered species project planned for the party. These chocolate dipped oreos were topped with hippos, tigers and elephants.

We created these white chocolate soccer ball favors for a 5th birthday celebration. Last year for this boy's 4th birthday we created basketball favors. Next year will it be football???

pink and black zebra cupcakes
These cupcakes were inspired by our very popular zebra print cakes. Our customer selected cupcakes because they would travel better since these were ordered for a birthday weekend celebration in Mexico.

2 dozen custom cupcakes were ordered for a class of 1963 high school reunion. The school colors were power blue and red.
2 cakes for a busy weekend - baby shower and baptism
These cakes and cupcakes were ordered by repeat customer who had a busy weekend of celebrations - a Friday afternoon baby shower followed by a Saturday morning baptism. The pink and brown baby shower cake is a 1 tier version of our very popular pink and brown 2 tier baby shower cake. The baptism cake is a repeat design of our popular package cakes which a great for many different celebrations. Cupcakes were ordered to coordinate with both cakes.
Red and Black Car themed birthday cake
This cake was created for a special birthday celebration for a father of a great Simply Sweets customer. Their father works in the car business and has a corvette collection. They also ordered 18 coordinating cupcakes.

Purple Princess Cupcakes
2 dozen princess themed cupcakes were ordered for a 6th birthday celebration that was held at Sweet and Sassy in the Noterra Shopping Center in North West Phoenix. The design spells out the name of the birthday girl, her age and the remaining cupcakes were topped with tiaras, princess wands, and flowers.
Surprise Gift Delivery - Boxed pink cupcakes
These cupcakes were ordered from out of state for a surprise birthday gift that we delivered to Anthem. 1 dozen white sourcream cupcakes iced with American buttercream and topped with fondant decorations.
A Princess Cake for a Halloween Celebration
This Princess Tiara cake was ordered for a 3rd Birthday celebration that was held on Halloween so the cake was done in pink for princess and orange for Halloween. The cake is a 10 inch round which serves approximately 30 and they also ordered 10 coordinating cupcakes.

Halloween treats for a huge annual pumpkin carving party
One of my repeat customers hosts an annual pumpkin carving party that has grown to over 80 guests. She ordered minicupcakes and chocolate dipped pretzels for her buffet. The candy corn mini cupcakes are white sourcream and the Halloween themed orange, purple and green cupcakes are chocolate sourcream cake.
Candy Corn Bark
Our seasonal barks are always a hit - Candy Corn Bark and Peppermint Crunch (available in December) are our 2 most popular though my personal favorite is the Shamrock Bark (dark chocolate with mint Oreos). This sweet treat is popular for gift giving and for serving at a holiday party.
