Reading Rocks! - a book cake for a 12th birthday party

turquoise and purple 3D book cake for a 12th birthday

We created this 3D book cake for a girl's 12th birthday - she loves reading so her mom ordered her a cake shaped like a book and we added some girly touches including Curlz font, fun colors of turquoise and purple, flowers and a bow. This cake is all fondant a change from many of our cakes that are iced in buttercream with fondant accents. The birthday party was held at the Ice Den in Scottsdale and they also purchased our turquoise rock candy suckers as party favors.

Red and Blue First Birthday Cake for a Dr. Seuss themed party

blue and red first birthday cake for a Dr Seuss themed celebration

We created this fun blue and red cake for a Dr. Seuss themed first birthday celebration. The birthday boy's name is Sam so the theme of the party was Sam I Am! from Green Eggs and Ham. The one on top of the cake is done in red and white stripes similar to Cat in the Hat's hat.

customer feedback: Hi Dana, I just wanted to thank you for making Sam's 1st birthday cake. Everyone thought it looked great and tasted great too! Thanks again! Kim
