Western themed 60th Birthday Cake

This 60th Birthday cake was ordered for a western themed party. The cake message reads "Happy Birthday Cactus Jack". The cake is a 12 inch and 10 inch which serves approximately 75 people. The bottom tier is double chocolate sour cream with white chocolate mousse filling and the top tier is caramel apple cake and filling. Cake is iced with buttercream and the decorations are fondant.
